When you come in to work:

Check your e-mail
Check your open cases in Salesforce for any calls you need to return or requests to follow up on

Before you leave:

Check off completed to-do’s in Basecamp
Transfer incomplete to-do’s to another person or delete from Basecamp as appropriate
Log your hours in Basecamp
Upload any tracks you have ripped to the Digital Library
