Overview

When you come in to work:
- Check your e-mail
- Check your open cases in Salesforce for any calls you need to return or requests to follow up on
Before you leave:
- Check off completed to-do’s in Basecamp
- Transfer incomplete to-do’s to another person or delete from Basecamp as appropriate
- Log your hours in Basecamp
- Upload any tracks you have ripped to the Digital Library
