Studio live sessions

Assignments are not necessarily awarded on a first come first served basis.

When a new session with photography is approved, the Music Department sends out an email to selected photographers.

- Photographers can express interest in covering the session by replying to the email.

- Assignments will be made no earlier than 24 hours after the call for photographers has been posted, giving all photographers a fair chance to reply.

Assignment decisions will be based on:

- Equal coverage opportunities for photographers.

- Priority level of the session.
