* Our AIR Signal and Webstream originate from the AIR 1 console. Program 1 output passes to FM via our EAS system in AIR 1. Program 2 passes by the EAS to our Webstream processing.

* At least one source of audio will need to be on at all times in AIR 1, which can include the Wide Orbit channels, playing recorded content, or source signals from the consoles in AIR 2 or Prod 1. These are brought in via the yellow/green digital channels, labeled “AIR PGR 1” and “PROD 1 PGM 1”

* The Wide Orbit Screen in every air studio is showing the screen of one central Wide Orbit Radio Server and the current daily playlist, so touching the blue play icon on the left side “Stack” widget from any of the 3 screens can and will fire that item. With this in mind, please be cautious when setting up in these studios, and maneuvering around the touchscreen. For safety, use the lock screen function for moving and cleaning the screen, and when not in use. Access it from the bottom left MENU icon. The ESC key on the keyboard connected below will release the locked screen.

* The Blue HOTKEY at right Activate [Studio] moves the Green Button control that we use to trigger Wide Orbit to a different room, or back to the one you’re in. It also changes the studio in which the WO channels 1 and 2 will automatically turn on and off, in conjunction with each triggered announcement. The sound from Wide Orbit will pass through all of these channel in all 3 rooms at all times, so please turn these channels off when not in use.

* If you are the DJ on air, touch the Activate Hotkey corresponding to the room you’re in to take back control. If the Active Studio (indicated at the top left section of the Wide Orbit screen) is not the one you’re in, your green button won’t trigger the next Wide Orbit playable item, or state-change event, and your WO Channels 1 and 2 will not turn on and off automatically.
