If the CD is addressed to a programmer and we DO NOT yet have a copy, add to the appropriate genre pile (detailed below). To check if it is an extra copy, check the Digital Music Library and the pile of CDs yet to be entered to see if we already have one (in which case, the second copy can go to the programmer it is addressed to).
The link to "Digital Music Library" is no longer valid, needs to be replaced. - VT
If you are not sure which genre it goes in, check the Physical Music Library Database for other releases from the artist
